President
Growing up in Afghanistan, Shairshah witnessed firsthand the severe neglect and hardship faced by street animals. Driven by a vision of hope, he founded Kindred Creatures to turn empathy into action and build a sustainable sanctuary where animals can heal and thrive.

David Gayman
Vice President
American-born and driven by a strong conviction to bring positivity, unity, and healing into the world, David believes that true compassion knows no borders. He brings his passion for community building and operational guidance to help scale the organization’s global reach.

Zakirullah Omarkhail
Assistant Treasurer & Site Manager
Zakirullah serves as the primary operational anchor in Afghanistan. His leadership on the ground ensures that animals arriving at The Kindness Center immediately receive safety, comfort, and clinical care.

Assistant Site Manager
Serving as second-in-command, Abdullah brings remarkable work ethic and warmth to the facility. His natural ability to connect with people and animals alike brings immense heart and strength to the team.

Development & Operations Specialist
Massoud handles grant applications, compliance, and strategic operational management. His work behind the scenes secures essential funding and creates the organizational backbone required to scale life-saving care.
